HIIT Aerobics

If you’re new or returning to exercise after a break, struggle due to aches and pains in the body, or looking for a class that runs during the day then this is the one for you! 45 minutes long, low to medium intensity aerobics with bodyweight resistance techniques, it really is suitable for all abilities and those recovering from injury or of older years. This is a session that doesn’t take itself too seriously despite being dedicated to improving movement, flexibility and fat burning.

How to take part:

There is no need to book, on your first session, simply arrive 10 minutes before the start. This will give you time to complete a short health questionnaire and for me to answer any questions you may have.
