Whether you’re chasing a personal best or preparing for competition, effective sports conditioning is the key to unlocking your full potential. At S.E.A.L Fitness, I offer tailored programmes that develop all components of fitness—cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, power, flexibility, and motor skills like speed, balance, and reaction time—so you can perform at your very best.

My approach is grounded in science and shaped by experience. I hold a First Class Honours BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences from Leeds Trinity University, where I was honoured with the School of Sport and Wellbeing Prize for Academic Excellence. This academic foundation supports my evidence-based methods and commitment to delivering safe, effective, and results-driven training.

I work with individuals across all levels—from fun recreational athletes to serious competitors and professionals. Past clients have included participants in rugby league, rugby union, football, cycling, skiing, dancing, golf, and running. No matter your sport or starting point, I’ll help you build the physical resilience, skill, and confidence to thrive.

Training sessions take place in either a private, fully equipped studio, offering a focused environment where your goals are the priority. Or in an agreed outdoor location. Every programme is personalised, progressive, and designed to support long-term development—not quick fixes.

Prices are dependent on a competitive level, location, requirements, and the involvement of other health/fitness professionals. Initial consultations & assessments are £70 in the studio. Programme sessions are £50 each thereafter, or save with a block of 6 sessions for £250. Additional charges may apply if sessions are away from the studio. These would be discussed at the initial consultation.
